Delivery Restrictions

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday through Friday). You will be asked to provide contact information during checkout so that you can be contacted about your order or delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address or contact number, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Return Policy

Free returns

Personalised items are non-refundable unless they contain manufacturing errors or are damaged. In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will happily replace it and cover postage costs for you to return the original. Returns should be made using The Little Picture Company sticky address label on the delivery note. Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.
